Mooli ki Sabzi

Mooli ki Sabzi uses the common white radishes, which are seen in vegetable markets in India during the winter months. In this recipe, chopped radish and greens are seasoned with mustard seeds spluttered in hot oil. This dish of chopped radishes and their leaves is sometimes flavored with ajwain (carom seeds) for good digestion. It can be served as a healthy side dish to any meal.
