Moideen Masjid, also spelt Mohiyudheen Masjid, is the first constructed mosque in
Puthiyangadi village,
Kannur. It is situated at Angadi, the highly populated area in the village.
A ceremony held here on the birthday of Prophet Muhammad is a major draw. The ceremony is attended by thousands of people from far and near. GMUP School and Izzathul Islam Madrassa are located close to the mosque.
Payangadi Railway Station is at a distance of one kilometer from Puthiayangadi. Puthiayangadi Bus Stand (at Kadappuram) operates buses to Kannur, Payangadi and Payyanur.
