Founded in 1920, Modern School is located close to the
New Delhi Railway station, in
New Delhi. Modern School is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
Various co-curricular and cultural activities are organized to develop the personality of the students. Special emphasis is given to physical education and activities such as stamp collection, carpentry, embroidery, soft toy making, electronics and gardening.
The school has 15 houses and a particular house is allotted to the students as soon as they are admitted to the school. Hostel accommodation is available. Besides, the school has its own Mountaineering and wall climbing Club.
