Mochemad

Mochemad is a picturesque hamlet by the Arabian Sea shore, towards the Sindhudurg District’s southern border with Goa. It is 8 km from Ubhadanda and just 11 km from Vengurla.

Long stretches of unspoilt and mesmerizing beaches are the major attraction in Mochemad. Ubhadanda Beach, Malvan Beach and Malvan Marine Sanctuary, Sagareshwar Beach, Vengurla Rocks, Vengurla Beach, the historic Shiroda Village, Ganapati of Redi and Sindhudurg Fort are the other tourist options available.
