Mini Sabarimala Shree Ayyappa Temple is situated at
Kanjurmarg, in the eastern suburbs of
Mumbai. It is regarded as the first ancient temple dedicated to
Lord Ayyappa outside
Kerala state. The temple is situated on top of a hill within the precincts of NCH Colony.
Most noteworthy feature of the temple is that the deity is worshipped only through a window with nine holes. It is also known as Navagraha Kindi.
A tiny flowing body of water originating from the vicinity adds the holiness and beauty of environment.
Kanjurmarg Railway Station, on the Mumbai suburban railway line of Central Railways, is the nearest railhead.
