Mezhukkupuratti is a curry made up of fried vegetables. In this dish, tender slices of ladies finger are sautéed in oil with chopped onion, mustard seeds and curry leaves. It goes well with rice and curd or any gravy. The different versions for this dish can be made using string beans, potatoes, ridge gourd, gherkins, or plantains.
