Megheshwar Temple

Megheshwar Temple, about 5 km from Bhubaneswar, is a 12th century shrine and is noted for the unique architecture of its sanctum sanctorum. The sanctum sanctorum is built as per the sapta ratha plan and this gave the spire a circular appearance.
