Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Institute of Asian Studies is situated at

South 24 Parganas District. It is approved by the Government of West Bengal. The institute offers outstanding learning and research programs on social, cultural, economic and political/administrative developments in Asia, and the life and works of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad. Language training classes and translation programs are also conducted. The campus has a well-stocked library with over 5,154 books and 577 journals. Seminars and workshops are also organized.
