Margan Pass




Margan Pass is situated at a height of about 3810 m, at the south-east end of the Kashmir Valley in Jammu and Kashmir. It is a snow clad pass. The pass is an ideal base for trekking also. The trek to Kishtwar down the Warwan Valley or to Lehinvan in the Kashmir Valley is possible across the Margan Pass. The other passes nearby include the Hoksar and the Marbal, which lead to the Chenab Valley and Ravi Valley.
