Maraimalai Nagar is a small township, on
Chennai-
Tiruchirapalli Road, in
Kanchipuram District. It is about 30 minutes drive from
Chennai International Airport. This township houses temples, schools, colleges, big markets and ATM centers. A railway station and a major bus stand serve this area. Mahindra Industrial Park and Maraimalai Nagar Industrial Estate, a famous industrial park containing industries like SPIC, UCAL, FORD and RANE, are located next to this township.
