Mannanur, 85 km from
Srisailam, lies near the
Nagarjunasagar-Srisailam Sanctuary. It is a tribal hamlet with a well-furnished camp bungalow. A crocodile pond and an environment education center are seen beside the bungalow. The forest area here is the habitat for spotted deer, sambars, and nilgais.
