Mankeshwara Temple




Built in the Hemadpanthi style, Mankeshwara Temple dating back to the 13th century, is situated at Jhodga in Nasik District of Maharashtra.

Locally available black stone and lime were used for the construction work. The temple is decorated with ancient inscriptions that give information about the temple history and its construction. It resembles the Gondeshwar Temple in architecture.
