Manipur Zoological Garden




Manipur Zoological Garden is situated on the Imphal-Kangchup road, about six kilometers from Imphal, the capital city of Manipur. Spread over an area of about 23 acres the garden lies at the foot of the pine growing hills at Iroishemba. The garden is home to the brow-antlered deer, Sangari, one of the rare species in the world.
