Mangshor Shingara

Mangshor Shingara of West Bengal is identical to the samosa by its shape. Mangshor Shingara has minced mutton filling inside it. The cooked mutton along with spices, ginger-garlic paste, capsicum, onions and curry powder is stuffed inside the conical balls of white flour dough and deep fried in oil. It tastes good with tomato sauce.
