Malni Paurnima is the most important festival of
Shree Devaki Krishna Ravalnath Temple at
Marcel. It is held in the month of Paush (January). This festival, celebrated amid much pomp and splendor, draws a large number of people from far and near.
Marcel lies 17 km from Panaji and about 3 km from Banastari Bridge on the Panaji-Ponda road.
