Mallini Poornima is celebrated in the month of Pausha. It is conducted at the village of Marcel (also spelt Mashel), situated about 17 km from
Panaji. It takes place with the invocation of the deity known popularly as Piso Ravalnath. A big fare is also held on the occasion.
