Mallarpur

Mallarpur is a Santal-dominated area in West Bengal's Birbhum District, bordering Jharkhand. Shantiniketan is about 50 km to its south. Fatehpur to the east, Rampurhat and Tarapith to the south-east and Muhammad Bazar to the south are the nearby places.

Tarapith Temple, Nalateswari Temple and 200-year old Damodar temple are some sacred spots around the town.
