Malayakkoyil Cave Temple is a rock cut cave temple at Malayakkoyil, near Nachchanduppatti on the Pudukottai-Ponnamaravathi road in
Tiruchirapalli,
Tamil Nadu. This temple is famous for the ancient inscriptions discovered recently. In one of the inscriptions, Malayakkoyil is mentioned as Kulamangalam and the deity as Okalisvaramudaiya Nayanar.
