Makron

Situated about 6 km north of Nander and 49 km north-east of Ujjain, Makron is a tiny settlement in Ujjain District of Madhya Pradesh. Indore is 92 km south.

Tarana – Nander is a prominent trekking route, which passes through this village. Ujjain Observatory, Gadkalika Temple, Sthirman Ganesh Temple and Depalpur are some nearby interesting sites.

Devi Ahilya Bai Holeker Airport is the nearest airport. Ujjain Junction Railway Station is the nearest major railhead. By road, Makron is well connected with Shajapur and Ujjain.
