Mahi Tikka




Mahi Tikka is a dish of skewered boneless chunks of fish marinated in rich aromatic spices. In this recipe, cubes of any fleshy fish are lightly seasoned and marinated in freshly crushed garlic, mint and lemon juice and cooked in the tandoor. It is usually served with mint and yogurt chutney.
