Madia




Madia is a small sacred village, situated about 5 km from Ranital in Jabalpur District, Madhya Pradesh. This place is famous as a Jain pilgrimage center and houses one of the ancient temples in the state.

The famous tourist attraction of Madia is Pisanhari-Ki-Madia Teerth. The village houses 37 other small, beautiful Jain temples. Madan Mahal, 1 km from the main temple, is also worth visiting.

The nearest airport is at Jabalpur. Madan Mahal Railway Station serves the town.
