Madhogarh




Madhogarh, a typical Rajasthani village, is situated on the National Highway 11, about 42 km from Jaipur.

The place is also famous for a battlefield; the battle between the Rajputs and the Marathas was fought on the plains of Tunga, just about a km from Madhogarh on July 28, 1787.

Madhogarh is a famous trade center for potters, carpenters and cobblers. World renowned local crafts are available here.

Hotel Fort Madhogarh is the major landmark of the village.

Sanganer Airport is the nearest airport. Jaipur Junction Railway Station serves Madhogarh.
