Longtharai Mandir




Longtharai Mandir is a delightful shrine situated at Longtharai Hill, in Dhalai District, Tripura. The temple is situated on the National Highway 44 and is about 102 km from Agartala and 56 km from Kumarghat. The temple enshrines Lord Shiva as the presiding deity.

It is believed that during his travel from Kailash, Lord Shiva rested in the Longtharai Hill for sometime.

The hilly flowers blooming along the road side of the National Highway 44 leading to the temple offers a scintillating sight.
