Layji

Layji, a small village, is about 17 km from Mandvi in Kutch District.

The main attraction is the historic Jain temple known as Shri Layji Teerth. This temple houses many beautiful idols dating back to the period of King Samprati. The idol of Lord Mahavir in the padmasana posture is striking.

The famous Kutch Mandvi Beach, Mandvi Teerth and Rukmavati Bridge are easily reachable from Layji.
