The Large Temple of Dromton is the second largest temple in the temple complex of
Tabo Monastery, situated in
Lahaul and Spiti District,
Himachal Pradesh.
The front wall of the temple is adorned with a beautiful figure of Sakyamuni flanked by Sariputra and Maha Maugdalayana. Eight Medicine Buddhas and Guardian Kings are represented on the other walls of the temple. The wooden planks of the ceiling are garnished with beautiful paintings.
The temple can be reached by bus from Kaza.
