Located in
Palakkad District, Lakshminarayana Puram is one of the prosperous villages of Iyers, a community in
Kerala.
The village enshrines the temples of Lord Subramanya and Lord Gopalkrishna, of which latter is believed to be more than three hundred years old. Several legends are associated with these temples. Thai Poosam and Chitra Car Festival are among the festivals celebrated here.
