Laisong is a picturesque village situated in the
North Cachar Hills District of
Assam. It is located 17 km to the east of
Maibong, 16 km to the south of Bara Digar and 11 km to the west of Thingje.
Nearby prime attractions are Ramchandi Temple and the ruins of the erstwhile Kachari kingdom at Maibong. The only hill station of Assam, Haflong, and the Haflong Lake are in the western part of Laisong.
Silchar Airport and Maibong Railway Station are the nearest access points.
