Lah-Ho Dance




Lah-Ho is a principal dance of the people living in the eastern regions of Jaintia Hills in Meghalaya. Women are excluded from this dance. It is performed just for plain amusement.

Lah-Ho involves mostly boys, who form two rows by placing hand on each other’s shoulders. Grouped in such a manner, they move in a rhythmic manner.
