Kundeshwar




Kundeshwar is an important village in Tikamgarh District of Madhya Pradesh. It lies on the banks of Jamdar River.

Places of tourist interest include Achreological Museum, Vinobha Sansthan and Keshva Sahitya Sansthan. Barighar, a beautiful picnic spot, and the Usha Waterfall are situated to the south of Kundadev Mahadev Temple, a famous Shiva temple in the village.

The village celebrates three large annual fairs on the occasions of Sankranti, Basant Panchimi and Kartik Ekadasshi.

Kundeshwar is about 5 km south of Tikamgarh, the administrative headquarters of the district.
