Kulpakji Teerth




Kulpakji Teerth is situated at the village of Kulpak, in Nalgonda District of Andhra Pradesh. The temple is dedicated to the Jain god Adishvar Bhagwan.

All the idols in Kulpakji Teerth are of ancient origin. The idols exhibit extraordinary artistry and sculpture. The main idol of Adishvar Bhagwan is made of sapphire. The idol is believed to have originated in Sri Lanka. There is also a sapphire-colored idol of the Jain god Mahavir Swami.

The time from March to April is considered very auspicious. Large numbers of devotees flock to this temple during that period. Shri Jain Tirth Pedhi Kalpakji is the managing trust of this temple.
