Kulcha




A sort of Indian bread, kulcha is a variation of naan bread. Specially prepared at breakfast time, this bread is often stuffed with potatoes or grated paneer (homemade cheese) and is baked in a tandoor. The dough for Kulcha and Bhatura are basically the same. It is normally a served with cholay (curried chickpeas).
