Kshipra




Kshipra is a small settlement in Dewas District of Madhya Pradesh. It is situated near the district’s eastern border with Indore District and about 7 km south-west of Dewas. Ujjain is 45 km north and Indore is 30 km south-west.

This place is named after the holy Shipra River, which flows through this village.

Nemawar is a major tourist attraction nearby.

Devi Ahilya Bai Holeker Airport and Dewas Railway Station are the nearest airport and railway station respectively. National Highway 3 has its route through Kshipra.
