Krem Um-Lawan




Krem Um-Lawan is presently the longest cave in the Indian sub-continent, situated in Jaintia Hills District, Meghalaya. The cave measures about 6381 m long and 106.8 m deep. It belongs to the Eocene Age and has an upper fossil passage and a lower active passage. Numerous cataracts and waterfalls add its charm.
