Kozhummal Sri Mahavishnu Temple is a highly revered shrine in
Kannur District of
Kerala. Owned by Thazhekkattu Mana, it is located at
Kozhummal village, about 3 km from
Karivellur.
The main deity here is Lord Vishnu. This beautiful temple owns a big pond. A banyan tree is situated nearby, which gives all the pictorial of a traditional village and its temple. An annual festival held in the month of April is a major draw.
