Kotla Nihang




Kotla Nihang is a historic village in Rupnagar District of Punjab, on Ropar-Chandigarh Road. Tradition has it that Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru, had sanctified this village with his presence. Main attraction of this village is the ancient Gurdwara Bhatha Sahib which draws the attention of a large number of devotees.

The village is about 40 km from Anandpur Sahib and 5 km from Rupnagar. The nearest railway station and airport are at Rupnagar (3 km) and Chandigarh (40 km) respectively.
