Koregaon lies on the banks of the Bhima River, about 15 km south-east of Pimpalgaon, in Pune District. It is situated along the State Highway 60, around 18 km south of Pabal and 8 km south-west of Shikrapur. Pune - the district headquarters – is about 25 km south-west.
