Komanda

Located in the south-western end of Nayagarh District, Komanda is a small town. It borders with Ganjam District and is about 2 km from Kural. Odagaon is roughly 4 km east.

Sarankul - a major Shaivite center famed for Ladukesvara Shiva Temple – is within a short drive. Another nearby major shrine is Raghunatha Temple.

Khurda Road Junction Railway Station and Biju Patnaik Airport serve the place. Ballipadar - Ranpur road passes nearby.
