Kollilinathar Temple is located at Tirukkollili in
Tiruvarur District. The temple is 6 km to the west of Tirunellikka. The principal deity of the temple is
Lord Shiva known by the name Kollilinathar. Goddess Vandamarpoonkkuzhalammai is also worshipped in the temple. The temple
teertham is Brahma. Several saints such as Sambandar, Appar and Sundarar have contributed pathigams praising the lord of this temple.
