Kofta




Koftas are spicy meat balls extremely popular throughout North India. This curry from northern India has a Mughal influence. They are made from Keema (minced meat) blended with herbs and spices. They are traditionally served with any Indian flatbread or with rice. Tafta kofta, nargisi kofta, malai kofta and cabbage kofta are different versions of this dish.
