Kodur

Kodur is a prominent town in the southern part of Cuddapah District in Andhra Pradesh. Also spelled Koduru, it is about 84 km south of Cuddapah.

Kodur is surrounded by dense forest and the entire area is rich in barites. Mining has been taking place here since 1925. A Zonal Fruit Research Station is located here.

Koduru Railway Station is on the Renigunta- Guntakal rail route. Tirupati Airport is the nearest airport.
