Kishan Bhavan is a beautiful palace located to the south of
Deeg town in
Bharatpur District. The façade of the building is well decorated and huge
terracotta water pitchers are kept in the interior rooms to cut down the summer heat. In order to operate cascades and fountains, a water reservoir was built in the western side. Thousands of small fountains are turned on for the monsoon festival held in August.
The nearest airport is located at Agra, about 50 km from the town.
