Established in 1990, Kipling Camp is a jungle lodge on the edge of
Kanha Tiger Reserve in
Madhya Pradesh. It is situated about 35 km from
Mandla.
Kipling Camp is an ideal location for naturalists, conservationists and those people who wish to relax in peaceful surroundings. It is the place where elephants are seen in the open area. This jungle lodge offers accommodation in cottages with 24 double rooms. Afternoon picnics, trips to the forest and tribal villages, bird walk, and elephant rides to view wildlife in core areas are organised. Camera and video are allowed on extra charge. They also arrange transportation facilities from airport or railhead for their guests.
The nearest airports are Sonegaon airport at Nagpur and Jabalpur Airport; daily fight services are available form Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Hyderabad to these airports.
