Kinwat

Kinwat is the headquarters of a taluk in Nanded District. It is situated 14 km north of Chikli. The town is 17 km south-west of Pipalgaon and about 6 km from Kothari. Nanded is around 110 km south-west of Kinwat.

Kawal Wildlife Sanctuary, Sivaram Wildlife Sanctuary and Pranahita Wildlife Sanctuary are popular wildlife haunts in the neighboring Adilabad District within easy access from Kinwat.

Hyderabad Airport and Sonegaon Airport serve Kinwat. Kinwat Railway Station is on the Nanded–Adilabad line of the South Central Railways.
