Khurd

Khurd is a northernmost town in Hoshangabad District and is situated about 28 km east of Hoshangabad, the administrative headquarters of district.

Sobhapur is in the east, Semri in the south and the sacred Narmada River in the north. Tawa Dam, Satpura National Park, Pachmarhi and Bori Wildlife Sanctuary are the major tourist attractions.

Bhopal Airport and Itarsi Junction Railway Station serve Khurd.
