Khirdi

Khirdi lies on the banks of the Godavari, right on Ahmednagar District’s north-eastern border with Aurangabad District, in central Maharashtra. It is hardly 10 km from Ghotan and Paithan.

Jayakwadi Bird Sanctuary, Dnyaneshwar Udyan - the largest garden in Maharashtra - are two prominent tourist destinations in the immediate neighborhood.

Aurangabad Airport and Belapur Railway Station serve Khirdi.
