Khinsvar is an ancient village at a distance of 43 km from Nagaur. This village holds the reputation of being a prominent Jain center. There is a historic shrine dedicated to Lord Mahavir.
The Jain temple known as Khinsvar Teerth is the major draw at Khinsvar. This place is believed to have been blessed by the presence of Lord Mahavir. A large number of devotees throng Khinsvar during the main festival of the temple. Osiyanji teerth is easily accessible from here.
Nagaur Railway Station is the major railway station near Khinsvar (43 km).
