Situated at an altitude of 2,381 ft above sea level, Khawruhlian is a small village in the north-east of Mizoram. It is around 87 km from Aizawl. Seling, the nearest town, is situated at a distance of 15 km. The National Highway 150 connecting Aizawl and Kohima passes through this place. Chapchar Kut, Mim Kut and Pawl Kut are the principal festivals celebrated.
