Khati

Khati Village is situated 18 km from Loharkhet in Bageshwar District. It lies at the confluence of Pindari and Sundardunga Rivers. It is believed that the villagers of Khati are the direct descendants of those who had sheltered the Pandavas during their exile. The place provides an enchanting view of snowy peaks of Himalayas. Dwali Village - where Kafni River merges with Pindari River - is only 11 km from here. Khati also serves as the base for a trek to Pindari Glacier.
