Khaniaghan

Khaniaghan is a taluk headquarters town in Shivpuri District of Madhya Pradesh. Situated about 16 km east of Ranod and 65 km south-east of Shivpuri, this place is a famous Jain pilgrimage center and houses two ancient temples.

Shri Pachrai Teerth and Shri Panihar-Barai-Khaniaghan Teerth are the two famous shrines in this vicinity. Sakhya Sagar Lake, Madhav National Park and Madhav Vilas Palace are the nearby tourist spots.

Gwalior Airport and Shivpuri Railway Station are the nearest airport and railway station respectively.
