Khandargiri is a hilly place situated one kilometer from the historic city of
Chanderi in Guna district. There are 6 artificial caves in this pilgrim place wherein idols belonging to the 13th to 16th centuries are housed. As a part of the Vindhyachal mountain range, it is full of hills, and surrounded with lush green forests.
